    Liberty Media F1 AI Strategy

    TL;DR

    • Problem: AI ideas were scattered and hard to prioritize into a ship-ready plan.
    • Decision: Treat AI as a product portfolio and prioritize initiatives using impact, feasibility, and dependency sequencing.
    • Result: Delivered a phased roadmap with success metrics, governance guardrails, and an execution plan teams can run.

    What I Did

I treated this like a product portfolio problem, not a trend report. I defined target user journeys for fans, partners, and internal operations, translated them into a structured use-case backlog, and prioritized based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness. I then built a phased rollout plan that includes success metrics, risks, and cross-functional dependencies so the strategy can move from interesting to executable.
